All Pro Cooling and Heating, LLC · Florida, United States
This Privacy Policy describes how All Pro Cooling and Heating, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the BPI SKU Creator application (the "Application"). The Application is primarily intended for authorized company personnel and is used to support internal business, accounting, and inventory-related operations.
1. Data We Collect
We may collect and process the following categories of information:
- Account and authentication information — such as username, full name, corporate email address, role, and session data necessary to sign in and operate the Application.
- Operational and audit information — such as login activity, administrative actions, and system logs used for security, troubleshooting, and compliance.
- QuickBooks-related business data — product, service, vendor, account, and inventory information accessed through authorized QuickBooks Online integrations, as described below.
- Technical information — such as browser type, device characteristics, and network information collected automatically when you access the Application.
We do not collect or store QuickBooks Online usernames or passwords. Authentication with QuickBooks is performed through Intuit's OAuth 2.0 authorization process.
2. QuickBooks Online Integration
The Application integrates with QuickBooks Online through Intuit's authorized APIs and OAuth 2.0 authorization flow. QuickBooks data is accessed only after an authorized QuickBooks administrator grants permission through Intuit.
Depending on the permissions granted, the Application may access product and service information, chart of accounts data, vendor records, and other information necessary for SKU creation, inventory-related workflows, and related internal business operations.
OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens obtained through Intuit are stored securely and used solely to maintain the authorized connection between the Application and your QuickBooks Online company. You may revoke access at any time by disconnecting the integration within the Application or through your Intuit account settings.
3. How We Use Information
We use collected information only for legitimate internal business purposes, including:
- Authenticating users and managing access to the Application;
- Creating, managing, and synchronizing SKU and inventory-related records with QuickBooks Online;
- Supporting accounting, operations, and administrative workflows;
- Providing technical support and responding to user requests;
- Monitoring security, preventing unauthorized access, and maintaining audit records;
- Complying with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
Business and QuickBooks data will not be sold, rented, or used for advertising, marketing profiling, or unrelated third-party commercial purposes.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell or share personal or business information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Information may be shared only in the following limited circumstances:
- With Intuit and QuickBooks Online, as necessary to perform authorized integrations you approve;
- With service providers that host, secure, or support the Application on our behalf, subject to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations;
- When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request;
- To protect the rights, property, or safety of All Pro Cooling and Heating, LLC, our personnel, or others.
5. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures may include access controls, encrypted storage of sensitive credentials such as OAuth tokens, secure hosting environments, and role-based permissions within the Application.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, support business operations, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods may vary based on the type of information and applicable business or legal requirements.
7. User Rights and Choices
Authorized users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain account information by contacting the application administrator. Access to QuickBooks Online data through the Application may be revoked by disconnecting the QuickBooks integration or by contacting your administrator.
If you are an employee or contractor, additional rights may apply under your organization's internal policies and applicable law.
8. Third-Party Services
The Application relies on third-party services, including Intuit QuickBooks Online. Your use of Intuit services is also subject to Intuit's applicable privacy policies, terms of service, and developer platform requirements. We encourage you to review Intuit's documentation and account settings to understand how Intuit processes information on its platform.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services outside our control.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and may provide additional notice within the Application or through other appropriate channels. Continued use of the Application after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
